Monday - Friday | June 24 - August 16, 2024 | 9AM - 1:00 PM 
Half Day Program for children going into grades 1st-7th (fall 24')
No Playground Program week of July 8th

The playground program facilitates activities such as arts & crafts and sports & games. Open to Canton residents only, participants must register in advance.  Participants are encouraged to be creative, outgoing and energetic!  From bolivar pool trips & slushy making, to giant slip and slides, we always have something to do at the playground!

Location: Devoll Field 

Cost: FREE to Canton residents only

REGISTRATION
  • REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for all children attending the program.
  • We will not be taking on site registrations.
  • Parent's must complete the Parent Authorization Form.
  • Children will not be able to participate until paperwork is complete.
  • Program is FREE to Canton Residents.
  • Grades K-7 (fall 24')

SAFETY AND FIRST AID
  • In case of emergencies, registration is required for all children. Registration can be completed online
  • Emergency contact information, allergy or other necessary health information, liability waiver, and Parent/Guardian Signature are required.
  • Playground Leaders will be equipped with a first aid kit for minor accidents. For all other accidents, the Canton Fire and Police Departments will be contacted to respond.
  • No Playground Leader or other Department staff will administer aspirin or medication of any kind.

OTHER UNSTAFFED PLAYGROUNDS
In addition to our staffed playgrounds, the following five playgrounds are maintained by Canton Parks and Recreation, but are not staffed during the summer months: Ponkapoag Playground, Memorial Playground, Tilden Playground, Armando Center Playground and Pequitside Playground.
