Yoga Basics Class: 75 Minutes - Do you need a vacation for your mind and body? Sign up for this
class and leave moving better, feeling stronger — both mentally and physically. Yoga offers something for everybody and every Body with fun slow flows and a variety of music. This rejuvenating class ends with a 10 minute relaxing guided meditation.
