Essential Mat introduces the five basic principles of Pilates to help enhance awareness of your breathing and postural alignment. You will learn the initial Essential Mat repertoire, which is taught in layer one. Modifications are given if needed to promote safety, success, and to prevent injuries from occurring.

If you have a mat, please bring one with you. 
Additional mats will be provided to those that need them.
