Teen Runners

Speed, strength, and agility are uniquely embedded in games and movement activities. They provide transferable skills and fitness benefits that can be used to develop athletes for any sport. Areas of Instruction: Overspeed Training (bungees, ladder work), Intensity Cardio-Games, Proper Dynamic and Mobility Drills.
