This program will focus on form, safety and basics of shooting through a series of components and steps which build on one another. Participants will learn about range rules and safety gear (finger tabs, arm guards, sling). Attention will be given to the proper use of muscles and balance, combined with clear mental preparation. Fee includes use of equipment.
