Ergonomics is the applied science concerned with designing and arranging objects to be optimally efficient and safe for individuals, especially at work. Our main goal is to reduce stress and eliminate injuries and disorders associated with the overuse of muscles, bad posture, and repeated tasks. By applying proper ergonomics, you can improve your overall health and wellness!
